Quintiles' operation in the Nordic Countries and the Baltic States 1998 -
2005. Has previously held a number of management positions within the
pharmaceutical business and has got more than 25 years of experience from
both development and commercialisation of pharmaceuticals.

Professor of Intensive Care and Burns at the University of
Uppsala and head of the Burn Unit at the University Hospital in Uppsala.
Has previously, among others, held a position as scientist at Department
of Experimental Medicine, Pharmacia AB with a focus on inflammation and
ischemia. Has also held positions as Consultant at The Department of
Surgery, UniversityHospital, Dean of Education, Medical Faculty, Uppsala
University and also Chief of Staff at the Department of Plastic Surgery,
University Hospital, Uppsala. Member of the board of Oxypharma AB and New
Science AB (publ), and also Chairman of Scientific Board, Innoventus
Project AB. Independent member.
ROGER JOHANSON
Roger
Johanson, Head of Private Equity, Skandia Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Born
1959. Member of the board since 2003.
Has more than 15 years of
operational experience within Med Tech and Biotech from various
international positions such as International Product Manager and
Marketing Manager at Dako AS and Business Development Manager at Becton
Dickinson. Former venture capital financed CEO at Medicarb AB from 1999 -
2004. Since 2005 Head of Private Equity at Skandia Life Insurance Company
Ltd., Stockholm.

BIRGITTA LANDIN

business development.
Birgitta also built up and chaired the Adara AB
subsidiary.
Previously a Director of Ericsson, in charge of
partnership and joint ventures for mobile systems services. Former Human
Resources Director with Ericsson AB, Dagens Nyheter AB and Facit AB.
Birgitta
has 25 years’ management experience in several business fields, both in
Sweden and internationally.
